Michal Nespor
Michal Nešpor is a Partner at a VC fund investing into early stage companies and startups, managed by CB
Investment Management. CBIM is a wholy owned subsidiary of the alternative investment platform
Crowdberry where Michal also holds a Partner position. He has 16 years of experience working with start-ups
and investments into start-ups, working on both the investor and founder side. Michal gained his experience
and knowledge at the venture capital fund GCP Gamma Capital Partners based in Vienna. He also served as a
CFO at the software startup Opvizor that operates in Europe and US. Michal received his corporate finance and
banking degree at the University of Vienna.
Branislav Hoz
Branislav Hóz is an investment manager at Crowdberry with experience in fund raising and M&A.
He worked in private equity and investment banking with focus on growth capital, medical devices
and waste management. Branislav studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and
Freie Universität Berlin and holds a Master’s in Economics.
Miroslav Mulica
Miroslav Mulica is a founding partner of Axelero Capital Advisors, an M&A advisory firm primarily focused on the advisory in Corporate M&A, preparation of commercial valuations and business plans, as well as other Corporate Finance projects.
Prior to founding Axelero Capital Advisors, Miroslav spent almost ten years in Deal Advisory team of KPMG Slovakia where achieved the position of Senior Manager; with a focus on by-side and sell-side M&A mandates across various sectors including healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
In addition to investment banking projects, he was heading the Valuation and Financial Modelling practice.
