Eva Kovacova (CEO) – Eva has 18 years of experience in M&A, licensing, and financial leadership in the pharmaceutical industry throughout Europe. She has led several multi-million M&A transactions and post-M&A integration projects. She joined the team in January 2021 as CEO with the overall responsibility for the business strategy and the licensing process. Prior to joining Glycanostics she focused on following projects within the pharmaceutical industry:

• 2019-2020: Market Cutover Lead responsible for the integration process to create the Joint Venture between GSK Consumer Healthcare and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare in Europe and Latin America
• 2018 – 2019: EMEA Integration Lead for multi-billion private equity carve out of LifeScan division from J&J 
• 2015-2017: GSK London – Integration Lead responsible for the creation of new JV companies (via an asset carve out from Novartis and GSK) in Latin America and Europe
• 2014-2015: GSK London: Director Corporate Development, leading several M&A deals on behalf of GSK in the value of hundreds of millions GBP
• 2009-2011: GSK Central Europe – In-licensing Director, focused on signing the license agreements for the region of Central Europe 
• 2002-2009: GSK Slovakia – Finance Director, responsible for accounting, controlling, reporting, distribution, logistics, IT and compliance.
